How do I get assigned roommates/how does the roommate matching system work?
We have a roommate matching system that will assess your most important living compatibility aspects that will assign you to other likeminded roommates.
Do you offer lease terms other than 12 months?
We offer multiple lease terms including 4, 8 and 12 months. Contact us for details.
How do I pay my rent?
Our preferred payment method is through pre-authorized accounts however we also accept e-transfers and payments by debit/credit cards.
Can I be placed in a unit with my friend?
For sure! Be sure to indicate your friend as a desired roommate when signing your lease so that you can be placed in the same unit.
Is there a storage space to put my luggage and boxes?
We have a secure storage locker room on a first come, first serve basis! Using our storage lockers will give you more space in your room and unit so you can keep items like suitcases safe and out of the way! Ask us for details!
Do I need to bring anything other than my personal belongings?
Your unit comes furnished with a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, dining table and chairs, living room furniture and a TV in the common space! You will need to bring your personal belongings, bedding, and cleaning/cooking supplies! Contact us today to learn about the packages we have available to help students out with getting some of the essential items you will need for your unit so your time at Palay can truly be worry free!
Is there laundry in the building?
Yes! We have a pay per use laundry room in the building that includes a hand wash sink, iron and portable steamer!
Do I need to be a student to live here?
Our building is truly a student community with amenities and events geared towards the student population!
Are we allowed to have guests?
Yes! Residents can absolutely have short-term guests as long as all roommates are comfortable with the guests visiting.
